The CSW-610 by HydroMax Seal is a compact double-cartridge mechanical seal featuring an integral, bi-directional barrier fluid pumping ring. This seal is purpose-built for equipment with short outboard lengths and small cross-sections, such as compact process pumps used in the Pulp & Paper and Water & Wastewater industries.
Engineered as a complete cartridge mechanical seal system, the stationary seal design supports piping plans 53, 53A, 53B, and 53C for superior compatibility and performance.

- Large Seal Port Orifices: 3/8″ NPT Barrier Fluid In (BI) and Barrier Fluid Out (BO) for Plan 53 or 52.
- Efficient Heat Removal: Barrier fluid is directed to the inboard faces through an integrated deflector within the seal gland. The outboard exit ensures optimal heat dissipation from both seal face sets.
- API682 Compliant: Radial clearances between rotary and stationary components meet best practice standards.
- Monolithic Seal Faces: Engineered for enhanced high-temperature performance.
- Stationary Seal with Self-Aligning Face: Ideal for high-speed equipment.
- Multi-Spring Arrangement: Springs are isolated from the process fluid.
- Bi-Directional Pumping Ring: Highly efficient barrier fluid circulation.
