The STAN12-TCC is a compact 12-litre Thermosyphon Water/Oil Management System designed to support double mechanical seals with consistent barrier fluid circulation and thermal management. Suitable for both water and oil-based barrier fluids, this system is ideal for maintaining seal reliability in high-performance process environments.
This thermal management system is factory assembled, pressure-tested, and comes equipped with key features like an internal heating/cooling coil, hand pump, and a weld pad sight glass. Wall or stand-mounted installation is made easy with the included bracket. PED certification is available on request.

Installation Tips:
The STAN12-TCC circulates barrier fluid between the tank and the mechanical seal via thermosyphon (natural convection). Ensure the connecting pipework is straight and free of sags or kinks to maintain proper circulation and system performance.
